We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Assistant to join our busy Client Accounts team at Savills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive bookkeeping service to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process all aspects of bookkeeping requirements for a portfolio of clients, including raising and sending demands, maintaining up-to-date occupant/tenancy details, bank reconciliations, and processing supplier payments.
- Liaise with Savills and client property managers, leaseholders/tenants, and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
- Proactive and organized with excellent communication skills.
- Strong processing skills with attention to detail and high numeracy.
- Self-motivation and commitment, with a 'Can Do' attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
- Conscientious and organized, with a willingness to work as part of a team and provide cover for colleagues when required.
- Experience in property work is a bonus, with IT proficiency and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
