Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on your community?

Civil Enforcement Officers are the eyes and ears of the local area, patrolling streets and council car parks, advising and upholding parking restrictions.

You will be working alongside the Council at our Lambeth base, with permanent guaranteed hours as a Civil Enforcement Officer.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Issuing parking tickets in a fair and consistent manner
  • Providing advice to residents and members of the public on parking restrictions
  • Reporting any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings
  • Keeping a detailed log of violations and debriefing incidents that occur during your shift

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

  • A CBT licence
  • Good spoken and written English

Full time working hours, 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 8.5 hour shifts, Mon-Sun, as per rota.
