Night Team Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Team Supervisor to join our team at Apcoa Parking. As a Night Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Night Civil Enforcement Officers and ensuring that all requirements and instructions from clients are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily briefings to ensure officers are aware of up-to-date client and management instructions.
  • Manage and support the Night Team, ensuring overall client satisfaction and attending client meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare reports as required by management and monitor staff performance according to contractual requirements.
  • Ensure the correct number of Night Civil Enforcement Officers are deployed as per agreed service levels and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to organise, manage, and motivate large numbers of colleagues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with the Traffic Management Act (TMA 2004) and a full UK driving licence.
