Overnight Operations Supervisor at APCOA

Position Overview:

This role entails supervising a team of Night Civil Enforcement Officers. You will conduct daily briefings for the officers prior to their deployment, ensuring they are fully briefed on client directives and street conditions. Your duties will include meeting client expectations, including local Key Performance Indicators, while providing on-the-ground management and support to the Night Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the appropriate deployment of Night Civil Enforcement Officers in accordance with service level agreements and contracts
  • Ensuring overall client satisfaction and participating in client meetings as required
  • Managing, evaluating, supervising, and directing staff in line with contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators
  • Preparing essential reports for management review

Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in effective performance management
  • Familiarity with the Traffic Management Act (TMA 2004)
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence
