About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Apcoa Parking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations and providing excellent customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce parking regulations and issue fines as necessary
  • Provide advice and guidance to members of the public on parking restrictions and regulations
  • Patrol designated areas to monitor parking activity and identify potential issues
  • Report any defects or damage to street furniture and infrastructure
  • Keep accurate records of incidents and activities

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with the public
  • A valid CBT license and a clean driving record
  • Good written and spoken English skills

Working Hours

Full-time working hours, 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, 8.5 hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, as per rota.
