Your Impact

The Account Development Manager will report to the Senior Director of Account Development and be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of approximately 10 individual contributors. This includes qualifying and developing inbound leads, as well as strategic outbound prospecting into a named account Sales structure.

What the Role Offers

  • Lead and coach a diverse team to achieve business targets, including BANT-qualified leads and associated pipeline growth and revenue conversion
  • Manage account-based outreach that aligns with Sales strategy, including phone, email, social, and video
  • Coach, train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their weekly targets and quarterly KPIs
  • Drive performance to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded consistently
  • Conduct 1:1 performance reviews to coach each individual team member, with responsibility for all aspects of performance management

The Account Development Manager will be responsible for driving all Account Development programs in collaboration with Sales, Campaigns & Field Marketing within their territories and will serve as a central point of contact for the Account Development Reps regarding process, strategy, programs, and quota requirements.

What You Need to Succeed

A qualified candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • 5+ years of relevant people leadership experience in a technology-based pre-sales or inside sales position
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Engaging and communicating confidently, with the ability to present to and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership regularly
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, Level Eleven, and social selling
