Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to assist our clinic teams and administrative functions, overseeing a total of 75 staff members across two nearby locations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage the employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to implementing strategies that enhance engagement and productivity in a supportive work environment.
The HR Manager will serve as the primary contact for both managers and staff, addressing various HR-related matters to ensure that all employees feel valued and are empowered to perform at their highest potential. You will oversee all HR administrative tasks using the newly integrated Personio ATS and HR system, ensuring accurate data management and generating KPI reports to inform HR-related decisions. Leading current engagement initiatives and innovating new strategies to maintain a dynamic workplace will be essential components of this role.
Typical Responsibilities
- Utilizing the ATS to enhance the quality and efficiency of the onboarding process, monitoring response rates to job postings, and evaluating the qualifications of candidates through screening and interviews.
- Facilitating regular performance feedback for all employees, including probation assessments, one-on-ones, and annual reviews, ensuring documentation is maintained for future reference.
- Participating in and delivering the Induction training program, along with other coaching sessions as needed.
- Creating employee opinion surveys and identifying initiatives based on feedback, including a communication plan to update the organization on progress.
- Preparing consistent communications such as monthly newsletters and team meetings with educational components.
- Using the HR system to track absence and holiday management, supporting Line Managers in these areas.
- Assisting in defining organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks to foster high-performing teams.
- Developing and communicating new and revised company policies to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
