Job Title: Commercial Assistant

**About the Role:**

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Commercial Assistant to join their team. As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and wider business, working in a cross-functional role and collaborating with the Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offering, processes, and operations.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer deliveries.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  • Manage internal databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
