Job Title: Commercial Assistant

Salary: £24,500 basic salary, plus OTE

About the Role: We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our team as Commercial Assistants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance our presence in the market and contribute to the company's continued success.

Commercial Assistant Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of £24,500, plus OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
  • Support the sales team and wider business, working closely with the Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
  • Develop your soft skills in a role that is a fantastic gateway into future roles with the business
  • Manage communication with the sales team and key stakeholders, ensuring everyone is updated
  • Update internal databases as required
  • Manage all inbound enquiries, ensuring leads are allocated and responded to

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
