**Job Purpose:**

To manage the day-to-day marketing and administrative activities within our two businesses, including processing orders, liaising with customers, and ensuring the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements:**

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools

• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Driving license is an advantage

**What We Offer:**

A well-paid position with flexible hours for suitable candidates. Negotiable salary dependent on experience. This is a permanent role with the option to start as a fixed-term contract or freelance.
