Job Title: Senior Property Management Surveyor (Associate Director)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced commercial property manager to join our team at Strettons, a leading independent firm of property advisors. As a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a mixed commercial portfolio, reporting directly to clients, and overseeing the maintenance of properties via third-party contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including service charges, landlord & tenant, health and safety, and day-to-day property management.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are being managed effectively.
- Liaise with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end-of-year reconciliation, and financial queries.
- Oversee the maintenance of properties via third-party contractors, ensuring works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard of workmanship.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years' experience in commercial property management.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Good working knowledge of usual office IT systems (Outlook/Word/Excel).
