Payroll Administrator

We are partnering with a luxury organisation based in Northampton to find an experienced HR/Payroll administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR or Payroll to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding new starters and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Supporting the payroll process and maintaining accurate personnel records
- Providing administrative support and managing HR documents
- Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire paperwork
- Assisting the payroll department with employee information and ensuring legal compliance
- Communicating with employees on HR-related matters and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency in computer software
- Ability to work to deadlines and report on progress
- Confident communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Friendly and approachable, with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Excel and able to produce high-quality work
This is a temporary contract from October to December, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in the office. The hourly rate is £11.44. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR or Payroll, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
