Senior Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**

Avery Healthcare is seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the processing of payrolls for approximately 9,000 employees across our care home sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK payroll legislation
* Review payroll reports and communicate any changes or corrections needed in a timely manner
* Handle employee, HMRC, and third-party payroll queries with professionalism and attention to detail
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including HMRC and National Minimum Wage
* Produce required payroll-related reports for operations and executive teams as needed
* Provide information and assistance to employees regarding payroll policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 2 years payroll experience
* Ideally, experience in processing payroll within the care industry or a multi-site operation
* Strong Microsoft experience and understanding
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
