We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Strategy Specialist to join our team at Starling Bank. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive collections strategies tailored to different customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement customer-centric collections strategies to improve recovery rates and drive good customer outcomes.
- Continuously review and refine the collections strategy to ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to collections, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, and operations.
- Work with technology teams to enhance the collections strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and business needs.
- Knowledge of Retail Collections strategy is essential, and knowledge of SME Collections strategy is beneficial but not essential.
