About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support two teams in our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Accurately produce correspondence, documentation, and presentations using relevant software.
    • Liaise with colleagues to produce documents and manage email accounts.
    • Manage diaries, rooms, and technology, and attend team meetings.
  • Client and Matter Management
    • Carry out client and matter opening and closing procedures.
    • Manage email accounts, including review of partner inboxes and fee earner inboxes.
    • Manage attendance, rooms, and technology for team meetings.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the process for producing invoices and sending them to clients.
    • Deal with queries regarding invoices and obtain client purchase orders.
  • General Administration
    • Undertake filing and scanning.
    • Arrange and assist with photocopying and binding.
    • Deal with clients and contacts, and assist or redirect as required.

Requirements

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a PA or executive assistant, preferably in the legal sector.
