Position Overview

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is a leading operator in the sports facility sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence. We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Careline to support the daily operations of our facility and oversee staff management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the comprehensive management of the facility, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
  • Providing exceptional service to all users of our facilities, while collaborating with the General Manager to create effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue.
  • Supervising a diverse team, including receptionists, bar staff, security personnel, and referees, to maintain the highest standards of customer service.
Administrative Duties

In this role, you will also:

  • Ensure adherence to administrative protocols as outlined in the Company Operations Manual, maintaining compliance with reporting procedures.
  • Implement the Company’s Health & Safety policies, ensuring all key personnel are trained in first aid and emergency protocols.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings to foster effective communication and occasionally lead meetings with various staff members.
  • Oversee cash and stock reconciliation processes in accordance with Company policies.
  • Maintain the facility’s standards, ensuring all areas are kept in excellent condition.
  • Coordinate the procurement of stock, goods, and services to ensure operational efficiency.
