Senior Bartender Opportunity at Double Standard

Position: Senior Bartender

Compensation: £15.55 per hour (including Tronc) plus Additional Tips & Company Benefits

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Bartender, you will be an integral part of our dynamic bar team, delivering exceptional drink service across our venues. Your primary focus will be on our Double Standard bar, where you will serve a delightful selection of food and beverages.

We expect you to have a genuine passion for hospitality, along with a solid understanding of bar operations and service standards. Your expertise in wines, spirits, and cocktails will enable you to provide tailored recommendations to our guests, enhancing their experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of signature cocktails, showcasing your creativity and flair, while ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their visit.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Bartender, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
  • Background in a similar high-energy bar or boutique hotel environment is preferred.
  • Strong mixology skills, with knowledge of both classic and modern cocktails.
  • Familiarity with bar management systems is a plus, though training will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
