Position: Senior Bartender · Competitive Hourly Rate plus Tips & Benefits · Scheduled Days: Wednesday to Saturday · Days Off: Sunday to Tuesday · Operating Hours: Late Night Venue until 3:00am Thursday to Saturday

As a Senior Bartender at Sweeties, you will manage a comprehensive beverage service, transitioning from sunset cocktails to an energetic late-night lounge atmosphere. Your profound understanding of current trends in the London bar scene will enable you to craft an environment that not only captivates our guests but also surprises them, ensuring an extraordinary late-night bar experience that stands out.

Key Responsibilities

We prioritize every aspect of design and guest experience while maintaining a light-hearted approach. Our brand is defined by 'Standard People'—vibrant, dynamic, and engaging individuals.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or Cocktail Bartender, preferably in a bustling bar, boutique hotel, or renowned cocktail venue.
  • We are also eager to consider candidates with diverse lifestyle skills, particularly those from the arts, music, and entertainment sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in bar operations and service, with a solid grasp of both classic and modern cocktails, alongside an awareness of the London bar landscape.
  • Highly sociable, driven, and proactive; exhibiting professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
  • Previous experience in opening shifts is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Squirrel EPOS is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A flexible attitude towards working hours is essential, with the ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and late nights, as Sweeties operates under a late-night license.
