Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Manager to join our Digital Practice at Oliver Wyman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that drives business value and supports our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management Strategy: Collaborate with KM and Practice leaders to set the KM strategy for the European and IMEA regions, and lead the execution of key initiatives.
  • Content Management: Manage the capture, classification, storage, and dissemination of the Oliver Wyman Digital knowledge base, ensuring it is well-maintained and strategically aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Digital Practice leadership, Digital SMEs, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Content Curation: Lead the curation of Digital content on Oliver Wyman's global knowledge platform and wikis, ensuring it is relevant, recent, and accessible.
  • Awareness and Adoption: Drive awareness and usage of Digital content through training, newsletters, and individual stakeholder meetings.
  • Team Management: Manage the Digital Knowledge Analyst based in Warsaw and provide mentoring and oversight to other junior KM team members as needed.
  • On-Demand Support: Provide on-demand KM support to identify relevant content, credentials, and expertise for consulting teams.
  • Commercial Platform Support: Provide dedicated KM support to key Digital commercial platforms, including updating SharePoint sites, developing newsletters, and creating/curating content for business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Digital Enthusiasm: Express intellectual curiosity in topics pertinent to our Digital clients, including technology strategies, digital products, data, and artificial intelligence.
  • Content Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and organizing large volumes of content and data.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
