Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Development Manager to lead our beverage operations and drive innovation in our beverage offerings.

About the Role: As the Head of Beverage Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing beverage strategies that align with our company's vision and brand identity. You will work closely with our team to create unique and innovative drink menus that cater to varying tastes and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Curate Unique Drink Menus: Develop and maintain diverse and innovative drink menus that cater to varying tastes and preferences.
  3. Establish Standard Operating Procedures: Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites.
  4. Lead Beverage Training Programs: Lead training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products to continuously elevate our beverage offerings.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or restaurants.
  2. Beverage Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of beverage trends, ingredients, and techniques.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
