We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at McArthurGlen as the Head of Food and Beverage Operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for enhancing the food and dining experience across our centres by developing and executing a cutting-edge food strategy that captivates both local and international visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive food strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Oversee food commercialisation, ensuring compelling, locally-inspired food and beverage options are available to customers.
- Collaborate with leasing teams to secure top brands and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage food operator performance to elevate customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the Food and Commercialisation Champions, driving new business development and leveraging customer insights to maximise revenue potential.
