We seek a Food and Beverage Team Leader who:

  • Handles tasks related to the guest experience at Chino Latino, including welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders efficiently, upselling, managing the team, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring payment compliance
  • Motivates, trains, and mentors F&B team members
  • Is available to work flexible shifts as per the rota
  • Supports the hotel’s F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and events
  • Embodies our core values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care
  • Leads by example in all aspects of the role
  • Has prior experience as an F&B Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, or Senior/Head Bartender in a hospitality setting
