Cleaning Services Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Rosebank House, a 24-hour specialist care and support service for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet the required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
- Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning within a similar environment.
- Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
