B&M Retail is seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Supervisor to join our team in a permanent, part-time role.

We are a leading retailer with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store standards. As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the warehouse, store fill levels, and stock control are maintained to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Replenishment Manager in maintaining optimal warehouse and store conditions.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the management team to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to our Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and a commitment to excellence.
