Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in administrative functions. Proficiency in typing documents and managing general correspondence is essential, alongside a solid understanding of IT systems and a willingness to expand your knowledge. You will be a vital member of the Seamoor Admin team, eager to acquire new skills. This role demands exceptional IT, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to maintain composure and professionalism in fluctuating or demanding situations.

A good educational background, including an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience, is required. We seek an organized, enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable administrator to join our supportive team. We invite applications from motivated individuals to oversee the administration and clerical (A&C) team within the Seamoor unit. The selected candidate will ensure the delivery of an effective and responsive team, managing and prioritizing daily workloads to meet deadlines and appropriately address all direct inquiries. This role is diverse and carries significant responsibility, requiring a high level of organizational and communication skills. Leadership qualities and the ability to utilize initiative in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines are essential. Comprehensive in-service training will be provided.
