An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to become a vital part of our Palliative and End-of-Life Care Team.

Position Details

This role involves delivering high-quality specialist palliative nursing care, advanced symptom management, and providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers. You will collaborate closely with other Clinical Nurse Specialists and medical teams to offer expert guidance and support for patients requiring Specialist Palliative and End-of-Life care.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care, you will work alongside the Palliative Care Consultant and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of nursing care for patients with complex palliative care needs.

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who demonstrates integrity and respects diversity. Proficient IT skills are essential, along with a commitment to excellence and a flexible approach to work.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong leadership, innovation, motivation, and communication skills are critical.
