Store Operations Team Member

As a vital member of our dynamic store team, your primary focus will be to efficiently manage our inventory, ensuring that products are readily available for our customers. When you transition to the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be on full display. By adhering to all Company policies and maintaining a positive work attitude, you will benefit from our commitment to your growth and development from the outset.
Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:
Swiftly and accurately processing stock to the highest standards, which encompasses scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving products Presenting all merchandise attractively and ensuring proper placement on the sales floor or in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, as needed Collaborating effectively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer a range of fantastic benefits (see further list below)
Candidate Profile:
An excellent communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient, even during peak times Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your contributions and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Capable of working independently and proactively managing your tasks Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn line with Home Office guidelines, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office skill level requirements not being met. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
Next Steps:
