Store Operations Associate

As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to ensure our products are processed efficiently, making them readily available for our customers. When engaging with customers on the sales floor, your exceptional service skills will be on full display. In exchange for your commitment to our Company policies and a positive work attitude, we are dedicated to supporting your growth and development from the outset.
Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Associate, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:
Efficiently processing stock with precision and adhering to the highest standards, which encompasses scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving products Presenting all merchandise attractively and ensuring proper placement on the sales floor or in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, and assisting on the sales floor as necessary Collaborating effectively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer a range of fantastic benefits (see further list below)
About You:
A strong communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient, even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your responsibilities and tackle all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively managing your tasks Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond for your team and our customers Eager to take charge of your own professional developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
