Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inventory shipments, accurately checking for damage and discrepancies
  • Pack and prepare products for shipment to our stores, adhering to strict quality and safety standards
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
