Contact Centre Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient way
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and experience in an office-based environment
Good administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours

7am - 7pm dayshift / 7pm - 7am nightshift, 4 on 4 off rota (nightshift is every third rotation)

Rate of Pay

£14 per hour worked day shift
£21 per hour worked nightshift, rates increase after 12 weeks
