Bryn Mawr College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its Behavioral Health Department. The Director of Community Development and Wellness will be responsible for overseeing the department's clinical services, including substance use treatment assessment and referral, warm hand-off post-overdose, and on-site medication-assisted treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to Program Coordinators in the Behavioral Health Department, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality services.
- Coordinate and facilitate training for Department programs to ensure compliance with funders' requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Department and team morale and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Associate ED to ensure the Department's goals and objectives align with the organization's overall strategic plan.
- Facilitate Coordinator and Team Meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and implement quality management and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the Department meets and exceeds performance standards.
- Assist with ongoing organizational strategic planning and program planning.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum two years' experience in social work, case management, or related behavioral health services.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
