TPS Centre Manager Job Summary


TPS is a leading provider of Genuine Parts and products to independent garages and bodyshops. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver business plans and objectives, ensuring excellence in customer service, and developing strategic plans to run a successful TPS Centre.


Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership
    • Translate overall sales targets into departmental targets and set challenging but achievable goals
    • Ensure the team is motivated, recognised, and incentivised
    • Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide developmental or corrective support where required
  • Customer Focus
    • Create a customer-centric culture in the business
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction via the team
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues within the team
    • Devise and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Business Performance
    • Regularly monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Take action for any deviations from business plans and budget
  • Compliance and Security
    • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines
    • Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders and ensure the overall security of the stock and premises

Requirements
  • Leadership and Management
    • Proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment
    • Management experience
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Possess the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Be experienced at devising strategies and implementing plans to grow and develop a business
  • Technical Skills
    • Have a high degree of IT literacy and a proficient user of MS Office
