The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) is a membership charity with a rich history and a unique venue offering a range of spaces for hire. Our clients include prestigious organizations, and we host a variety of events, from conferences and weddings to awards ceremonies and corporate events.
Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our Operations Team in setting up events across our estate. This role will provide an opportunity to gain experience in event operations and customer service, working with a diverse range of clients and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Team in setting up events, ensuring a safe and secure venue for guests.
- Provide first-class customer service and client support, welcoming guests to the venue.
- Assist with event logistics, including venue setup and coordination.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
