About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cinema Strategist. As a senior member of our artistic and management teams, you will play a leading role in defining and developing our cinema strategy, ensuring a balance between our curated cinema programme, performance cinema, and first-run cinema programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cinema strategy that aligns with our artistic vision and organisational goals.
  • Curate film festivals, seasons, and new release programming that showcase a diverse range of cinematic experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and engaging programme that meets the needs of our audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in film consumption, audience experience, and distribution models.
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals to stay informed about new releases, emerging talent, and innovative programming ideas.
