About the Position: Starcom is on the lookout for a driven Senior Partnerships Executive to enhance our collaborative efforts within the media landscape. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with clients and media partners to design and execute innovative content initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive project management, facilitate daily operations, and serve as the key intermediary between stakeholders. This position is both dynamic and creative, requiring engagement in all phases of campaign development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Execution: Assist in delivering integrated partnership strategies to meet performance metrics for diverse clients.
  • Brief Management: Gather project briefs, lead brainstorming discussions, and pinpoint appropriate media partners for collaboration.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work alongside partners to brainstorm concepts, manage feedback loops, and present ideas to clients.
  • Project Coordination: Support campaign management through regular updates, timeline oversight, and performance reporting.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
  • Content Contribution: Engage in the creation of assets, production assistance, and talent selection for various initiatives.

  • Popchips and Adventure Cinema: Organized outdoor cinema events for a snack brand.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Project Management: Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with robust project management capabilities.
  • Experience: At least 18 months of experience in a media-related role, ideally with a focus on branded content partnerships.
  • Media Knowledge: Familiarity with various media channels and basic media analytics. Experience in financial tracking is advantageous.
  • Creative Mindset: Passionate about brainstorming and collaborating with partners to produce innovative campaigns.
