About the Role

MUBI is a global streaming service, production company, and film distributor dedicated to elevating great cinema. We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Administrator to join our team and drive the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies for MUBI's Theatrical film slate across cinemas in the UK/IE and other EMEA countries.
  • Deliver on internal targets for box office and MUBI GO growth, ensuring theatrical distribution strategies are aligned across the group to optimise and deliver against cinema performance targets.
  • Synchronise with other MUBI teams for dating films for Theatrical/Platform releases, providing ad-hoc support across additional EMEA territories as required.
  • Utilise strong commercial knowledge, understanding, and experience within Distribution and Exhibition across key markets, with a proven track record of box office accomplishment.
  • Lead and work cross-functionally across Distribution departments to coordinate timelines across territories, with a goal-orientated mindset and a strong eye for detail.
Requirements
  • Significant experience (ideally a minimum of 7 years) within a theatrical sales environment, with a proven track record of box office accomplishment.
  • Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and work cross-functionally across Distribution departments.
