Job Title: Senior Behavioral Researcher & Strategist

At Appleseed, we're on a mission to help impact organizations design solutions that stick. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Behavioral Researcher & Strategist to join our team as a Deputy role on upcoming projects in Madagascar, Rwanda, and Bangladesh.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally distributed team, conducting research and strategy work, and collaborating with clients in different time zones. As a Senior Behavioral Researcher & Strategist, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service to our clients, preparing for and conducting investigative research in the field, analyzing data, and reporting insights.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in behavioral change, experience in conducting field research, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. If you're passionate about using behavioral science to drive impact and have a strong desire to work with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigative research in the field, analyzing data and reporting insights
  • Develop strategic recommendations for clients
  • Lead clients to internalize findings and accept recommendations
  • Collaborate with the client and team members in different time zones
Requirements:
  • Strong background in behavioral change
  • Experience in conducting field research
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team
What We Offer:
