Care Practitioner Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, part of the Sandstone Care Group. Located in Newtown, Powys, our state-of-the-art purpose-built nursing and residential home provides exceptional care to residents in a luxurious setting.

About the Role
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Encourage residents to engage in activities that align with their hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards of care within the home
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure residents' needs are met
