About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, part of the Sandstone Care Group. As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Personalized Care: Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Providing Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their mental wellbeing and social interaction.
  • Encouraging Engagement: Encourage residents to engage in activities that align with their hobbies, preferences, and abilities, promoting their physical and mental health.
  • Maintaining High Standards: Maintain high standards of care within the home, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met, and their care plans are implemented effectively.
