About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Strategist to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our Enterprise Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our photography and videography solutions, including our Capture Studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Proactively identify and open new opportunities for Capture by implementing new growth strategies.
  • Lead the Proposal and New Business Process: Lead the proposal and overall new business process for all new business opportunities for Capture, operating as the senior and main point of contact and key expert.
  • Collaborate with Wider Teams: Collaborate with wider teams, including marketing and client services to support with identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to support business development efforts.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and creative trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation Campaigns: Support with the planning and execution of marketing and lead generation campaigns for Capture.
  • Client Upselling and Cross-Selling: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Studio Team Collaboration: Work with the studio team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Capture at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing: Demonstrable experience of selling photography and videography services with a reputable studio.
  • Competitor Landscape Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the competitor landscape within the UK.
  • New Business or Growth Role Experience: Significant experience in new business or a similar growth role within the photography, production, digital, or wider agency sector.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
  • Large-Scale Consumer Brand Experience: Significant experience working with large scale consumer brands.
  • Long-Term Client Relationships: Experience working with clients as long-term partners as opposed to project or short-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative Thinking and Innovation: Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
  • Growth-Focused Role Experience: Proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within a creative agency or studio environment.
