About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reviews Team Leader to join our Homelessness Transformation Programme. As part of this exciting new role, you will coordinate and supervise the work of 2 Reviews officers, ensuring high-quality and legally compliant processing of all review requests. You will allocate casework to team members and manage workloads to deliver optimum efficiency and meet the team's targets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for someone with good leadership skills and experience of managing a team in a public sector organisation. You will be confident and experienced, comfortable managing a team working under high demand, and ensuring staff remain motivated and equipped with relevant expertise. You will possess in-depth knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation as well as related laws and case law.
