About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor L4 to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited. As a Technical Instructor L4, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our customer service engineers and customers on SPTS transport systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for SPTS transport systems, including face-to-face and online training courses.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructor guides, student guides, and lab manuals.
  • Collaborate with the multimedia team to create engaging online training courses and AR/VR applications.
  • Partner with the engineering teams to develop training for new products and ensure knowledge is captured appropriately.
  • Provide first-level support to field engineers and work with the Technical Support team to resolve L2 and L3 issues.
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing training techniques and develop new Best Known Methods (BKMs) as needed.
  • Audit and mentor junior and guest instructors to improve overall instructional delivery skills and curriculum standards.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level (BA/BSc)
  • Experience of semi-conductor vacuum equipment
  • Proficient in Instructional Techniques and Design
