Key Responsibilities:

* Build and lead a connected product engineering team where collaboration amplifies individual ability and impact.
* Inspire your team with a product-oriented approach to engineering leadership.
* Optimize and review team performance, ensuring teams and individuals continually deliver value with quality.
* Lead a high-performance team, engaging and retaining top talent while identifying areas to improve through recruitment opportunities.
* Evangelize the value of test automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, infrastructure as code, and observability as first-class citizens in software development.
* Balance technical quality investments against customer value creation with an ability to consider both short and long-term trade-offs.
