Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team at Agrial Fresh Produce.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle at our designated locations, focusing on attracting and securing top talent to help our operations meet their objectives.

We seek an individual who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to tackle our recruitment challenges with innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment campaigns across various levels and disciplines, including high-volume hiring for operational roles.
  • Perform screening interviews and utilize selection assessments as needed.
  • Manage recruitment advertising and oversee the ongoing development of our in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure quality control throughout the recruitment process, adhering to company policies and legal standards.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment trends at both national and local levels.
  • Enhance our Employer Brand and manage associated social media initiatives.
  • Provide monthly reports on recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, job centers, and educational institutions.
  • Coordinate work experience programs and represent the company as a STEM ambassador at recruitment events.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK recruitment legislation, including GDPR, Modern Slavery, Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
