Job Summary:

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced HR Change Management Specialist to join our HR Team. As an HR Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on change management processes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to ensure a smooth transition of change programmes within set timescales.
  • Ensure all required change management processes are adhered to in line with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on employee consultations, including preparing presentations and documentation.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation, such as criminal record checks and right to work information, is in place upon any transfer to the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing and advising on change management programmes, ideally with experience of TUPE transfers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior management.
