HR Advisor Job Opportunity

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our hardworking and friendly HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on change management processes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior management to ensure a smooth transition of change programmes within set timescales.
  • Ensure all required change management processes are adhered to in line with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Support managers on employee consultations, explaining the reasons behind change programmes and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure all employee data is received and updated within our company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance documentation, such as criminal record checks and right to work information, is in place upon any transfer to the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing and advising on change management programmes, ideally with experience of TUPE transfers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
