The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our retail operations team in delivering an exceptional level of service to our franchisees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our franchisees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the retail team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
    • Assist with the coordination of promotional activities, inventory management, and other operational tasks.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our franchisees, providing them with excellent support and guidance.
    • Collaborate with the retail team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including franchisees and internal teams.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
