Guest Relations Coordinator

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a dedicated Welcome Host to join our team. This role will be situated within a prestigious corporate environment, providing you with the chance to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic. Each day will present new challenges, allowing you to participate in all aspects of front desk operations. From welcoming guests to managing administrative duties, coordinating room bookings, and collaborating with office managers and contractors, you will have the chance to refine your existing skills while developing new ones.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: £25,809
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional computer and communication abilities, a proactive mindset, adaptability, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams. Above all, a genuine commitment to providing a 5-star service in a high-end corporate setting is essential.
