Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team of payroll professionals and oversee the smooth operation of payroll processes for a diverse portfolio of businesses.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines. They will be responsible for setting KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the processing of monthly and weekly payrolls for a large organization.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
