Frazer Jones is seeking a highly skilled French Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of French payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage French payroll processes, including calculations, reporting, and compliance with local legislations and social plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR and finance teams.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in French payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French payroll and language skills.
- Experience with outsourced payroll and local legislations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to commute into the office 1 day per week.
